Which ever one is the root of your pain carpal tunnel can be reversed using exercise. There is absolutely no need for wrist braces, surgery, or even pain medication. Save your money and find relief easily and by your own efforts.
You will find that it can take a while for these exercises to take away the pain but you need to keep doing them. Just taking several minutes a few times a day can make a huge difference to your pain. Just think about not having all that pain in your wrists any more.
